Tough ones. I don't know the perfume, but it's a fairly old one. Can't tell if that's a pontil on the base or not. I wonder if it's a J.J. Butler product out of Cincinatti Ohio. He sold a lot of ink in the 1850s and 60s, mostly in pontil bottles of about that same age. It's a guess but wouldn't surprise me if it's the same guy. Ink guys often sold perfumes as well, especially as they often sold perfumed ink, which was a product targeted at ladies of the era. Harrison, of Harrison's Columbian ink fame, had a Harrison's Columbian Perfumery bottle that shows up sometimes.

The pontiled cylinder is nice but obviously a bit cloudy.

Hard to put a price on those. They are probably each worth at least $40?

Thank you, Jim! :) Very Interesting!! I couldn't find anything on the internet at all about the perfume bottle. It is a Pontil on the bottom. I wasn't sure if pontil bottles with no markings are worth much? Can you guess at the age of it?

Kathi . . . Please make the effort to orient your images vertically! You'll get more responses if you do.

I think you'll have these two bottles for a long time if you accept Jim's estimate of $40. I think $5 to $15 each at auction is more realistic.

Hi Harry! I'm not sure why my pictures are posting like that?? I'm using the attachment on the posts, and they are all posting sideways ? Not sure what I'm doing wrong? Thank you for your input on the bottles!:D

Thank you!!! :)These estimates are so helpful to me!! If I don't sell at my sale, I am putting them up online, and I will need to know a ball park to post at!!

In my experience, perfumes don't sell except when with pictures or heavy details or colours.
I like the amber whiskey, though. I'd think that a $20 pontil at least.
