I was going through an antique store in Colorado and found this in a booth that had about 15 junk bottles. All priced the same, $12 each. I couldn't believe it when I picked this one up and it was embossed. You can see that it is a very small flask - sample or something else? Embossed in a slugplate Roewekamp Bros. Oshkosh, Wis. on a scalloped shoulder and base amber flask. I think this is a good bottle but I know nothing about it. IMG_20170629_191452.jpg

Stephen, I collect small, miniature, sample, trial bottles but avoid whiskies and such because they are typically too expensive. I do believe miniature whiskies are a specialty for some folks and they & local collectors would be the ones to determine value. Of course, you already know this. My main point is that I think the embossing is not on a "Slug Plate" but that the outer circle is part of the private mold. Not that that means anything other than technical clarity. Nice bottle / flask.
