Questions about this OP small aqua bottle - what was it for? Meds? Perfume?

I found this neat small aqua o.p. bottle recently. It has a bladder(?) shape and hundreds of bubbles. Crude applied top and a wisp of olive in the base. Does anybody know what it was for?

I'm thinking a "nipper" type wine bottle from somewhere in Europe in the mid to late 20th century. Perhaps just a "WAG". BTW, I am sure enjoying your posts
