You have me stumped! Certainly not a bottle I've ever seen whole. I'll try and do some research on it. Go find an intact one!
Best guess is the B.P. Clapp Ammonia Co. Providence, RI. It's the only ammonia company in RI I could find.
No images for that bottle on google that I could find.

The bottles are in different areas and are mixed and I found a broken Iron Pontil base about half a foot deep!
As close as I can come is the first half, probably second quarter, of the 20th century.
