Sanford, Scripp's, or "other"?

Found a twin-collared umbrella ink with an "S" on the base. I assumed Sanford but then thought of Scripp's. Is it either of those, or something else? Thanks.

According to David Whitten's site it COULD be the Lyndeboro, (sp?) N H mark. That makes more sense than the company that sold the product which I think was more likely mucilage than ink.

Yeah, it has more of a mucilage shape to it.

Generally that form is mucilage rather than ink, as others have indicated above. I've seen that form with mucilage labels but don't think I've ever seen it with an ink label.

I'm betting the mould mark is a bottle manufacturer rather than a retailer of ink mark.
