Found an F. McKinney squat soda today that was of a slightly different style than the others I've been digging.

Left: Common blob, gentle shoulder, shorter neck.
Right: Today's find, tooled applied lip, stronger shoulder, longer neck.

I know these are common, but am trying to establish whether style tells us anything about the age—or maybe they were made concurrently by different bottlers? Any help appreciated.

Good question. Nice finds regardless! If I had to guess, I'd go with the one on the right being older due to its squatness. Certainly is an unusual top. I wonder if they both had the same product or not.
You've been really hitting it lately. I remain envious.
