Waterbury Conn straight sided Coke?

Picked this up at a flea market. It is a clear, ABM, with suction scar, numerous bubbles and Inscribed in middle Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Registered. Waterbury Conn. Number 173 on bottom shoulder. Contents 7 fl oz on bottom shoulder.


Is it a straight sided Coke? Because of script. Or is it a flavor bottle with a prohibited script being used by the bottling company.

Cant find much. One for sale on eBay for over $700. One finished auction over $100. Being called a straight sided Coke.

That is different. I am not an expert on Coke's but have never seen a SS coke with that type of neck. That is usually associated with flavor water/soda. Like you said it might be 'prohibited' script bottle. Still very cool.
