Only had short time today. Instead of digging in the gravel bank, I just went up the opposite shore and double checked areas I'd already been over.
The brook has risen and fallen several times since last trip.
This time I focused on the steep bank, the spaces between the rocks and under brush and grass at the water's edge.
Nothing exciting but not bad for no digging and being like my 6th trip.
That one was pointed into the current so it filled with brook water and pond weeds and was a mini terrarium.
