It might help to see additional views / angles but right now I'm thinking utensil (knife, fork, spoon) rest although I don't know why a medicine company might make and distribute such an item. Nice "Go With" anyway.

That is what I was thinking...or maybe a pen rest? Considering it was distributed by a large company, it is strange that I can't find another example. I am sure there are more of these out there and someone who knows what it actually is. Can't think of what would need 12 rests like this.

Could be a piece from a larger store display or cabinet. Do agree with botlguy... views from different angles could help in identification.
