This is one of the wierd things about this dump it jumps from 1840s to 1920s in places. Not many outstanding finds but at least they are big bottles (considering the rockiness of the dump).
From Left to Right- Back: Premier Salad Dressing, Heinz Sauce bottle with the original cap, 2 1/2 oz juice bottle Front: Silver plated colonial shoe buckle?, A.P. Babcock Perfumer's New York w/ the monagramed cap, A marked Silver Spoon (Reasearch says J&S Baldwin made in Middletown CT dated 1831-1833)
Rocks I have to deal with...
This is the spot where the perfume bottle was found!
Section with less rocks though 1890s-1920s. The chair is for my dad
I am still finding good sized bottles compared to how many big rocks there are.
A.P. Babcock perfume embossing
Silver Spoon and makers mark.
Shoe buckle? Any Ideas? It is Silver plated.
I also found a broken larger 2 oz Wheeler's Drug Store from Mystic and a broken Providence Brewing Co. Providence R.I. bottle that I left there.
