I collected Figured / Historical flasks for some time but am by no means an expert, especially with these miniatures. Your example looks too crude in its impression to be an authentic 19th century made piece. In other words, the details are sort of blurred. It's not "crisp" as I would expect. There is a fellow named Steve Atkinson who used to be on this forum, and may still be, who can help. He is active on FB if you could find him. He's an EXPERT.
