Marked Duraglas, Owens-Illinois mark, 1944.

Nice bottle! Scott-Powell Aristocrat Dairy was located at the corner of Fourth & Poplar St, Philadelphia, PA according this this snippet from a 1950 New Jersey Dept of Agriculture circular:
