Photo Albums not viewable unless logged in

I have just discovered something that doesn't make sense to me. When I am not logged in, my photo albums are not viewable to the general public who might visit this site. So if I want to send a link to my albums to someone who isn't a member, they aren't going to see anything show up. One of the reasons I joined was to post photos to help others research bottles they are looking for. Do you think this problem could be fixed?

Here I am again, back to the same problem as before. When I'm logged out, I can't see my albums, which means no one else can either. Not sure why this keeps happening.
