The Norris and Saginaw bottles are definitely better ones, especially the Norris. Not sure about value but they're worth keeping at least. The Norris could be a good one, though I feel like I remember Hemihampton referring to Norris-es as being common. He'd know more about it, anyway. It's certainly the oldest one you've shown yet. And the Wright's is somewhat interesting. The other two aren't really anything special.

And milk bottles look like what you'd imagine milk bottles look like, the same as they look in cartoons or on product packaging. Like this: https://i.pinimg.com/736x/85/10/04/851004dd76b64132b390b54d5b156100.jpg or this https://pickedvintage.files.wordpress.com/2012/02/3-milk-bottles-1.jpg There are tens if not hundreds of thousands of different milk bottles out there though, so the chances of you having the milk bottles Liz is searching for are almost zero unless you happen to live in the town they were used in.

I am adding some pictures of some older bottles that I think might be worth something. I am looking to sell them. I would appreciate any advice or comments.
20180811_195931.jpgThis one says "Pinoeoleum" on one side and says "4 oz net" on another side.
20180811_195057.jpg20180811_195057.jpg This one says "Eastman and Rochester NY" it also has 1 oz, 2 oz, 3 oz, and 4 oz markings.
20180811_194858.jpgThis one says "Furst McNess Co, Freeport, Ill" on it and has a square with a circle on the bottom. I can't get it clean, however.

20180811_195531.jpg This says "Pat D, July 20, 1920, Orange Crush Bottle." It also has a line below that, but I can't tell what word it is.

20180811_194644.jpg20180811_194655.jpgThis one says "Nesbitts of California" I think it says 1938 with the copyright symbol in the middle of the numbers, but not sure about that. On the bottom, it says "US Pat. 114,026" it also has the numbers "2388"

I will post more as I get time.

20180811_194610.jpg20180811_194614.jpg20180811_194614.jpgHere are some more bottles from my grandfather's collection (hoard is definitely a more accurate description!) This one says "Spa Bottling Works, Grand Rapids, MI" on the front and "Ginger Ale, this bottle never sold" on the back."
20180811_194449.jpg20180811_194433.jpg This one says "Nectar of the golden life of health and vitality" on the front and straub mullers' elixer, tree of life, since 1880" It has markings on the bottom, but I'm not sure what they say. It cleaned up really easy though, and has a mark like it's been cast, so I wonder if it could be a reproduction.
20180811_200046.jpg20180811_200028.jpg
This one says "Lansing Brewing Co, Lansing Mich" on one side and "This bottle not be sold" on the other. On the bottom, it says " SB and GC" and has the number 5.
20180811_195008.jpg20180811_195008.jpg20180811_195016.jpgThis bottle says "Federal Law prohibits sale or reuse of this bottle" and has a fancy "AA" on the front. It has a horse-shoe shaped design on the back and says "4/5 quart" on the back. On the bottom it says "09, 56, 48, M-25 B2B, and des. pat.128624" More to follow in the next post.

20180811_195328.jpg20180811_195328.jpg20180811_195323.jpgThis bottle doesn't say anything on it. I could not get it clean and the glass is very "rainbowy" for lack of a better term.
20180811_195650.jpg20180811_195825.jpg I have two of these. THey say "Registered, Greenville and Ionia Bottle Works, Ionia, Mich, 7 oz capacity" on the front. They also say "G & I" on the bottom.

20180811_195517.jpg20180811_195458.jpg I also have two of these. Both say "Crush, 10 fl ozs." on the front and "Crush, Bottled Under authority Crush, International, Inc., Evanston, Ill" One also has the zip code 60202 and says on the bottom "C10925 7 c 70" (it also has an 8 on the other edge". The other says "1918-1 and Y 55" on the bottom.
20180811_194702.jpg20180811_194702.jpg This one says "Mission Beverage" and "Bottled by quality bottlers everywhere under license of mission dry corporation" on the front. On the back it says "Naturally Good, Grand Rapids Bottling Co., Grand Rapids, Mich." On the bottom, it says "49 and 2383" and has some words I can't read. More bottles to follow

five soda bottles:
20180811_194738.jpg20180811_194750.jpgThis one says "Ionia Beverages, Property of Coca Cola Bottling Co of Ionia, Ionia, Mich and "Enjoy Quality" on the front. On the back, it says "Ionia, All your Favorite Flavors, Every bottle Sterilized, Serve Cold." On the bottom, it says C555 Duraglas" and a 5 and a 5 with a symbol like an oval between them.
20180811_195622.jpg20180811_195622.jpg20180811_195611.jpg This one says "Muskegon, Mich, Registered, Drink Paul's Drinks, Property of" on the front and "Contents 6 1/2 oz, Paul G Miller, Every Swallow Pure, Coca Cola Bottling" on the back. It has what appers to be a big "C" on the bottom and maybe the numbers "7023" on the bottom.
20180811_194838.jpgThis says "Nehi, Contents: 10 fl ozs" on the front and back, and some numbers I can't read on the bottom.
20180811_194801.jpgThis says "Half Quart RC and RC, Royal Crown Cola" on the front, "RC 16 fl. oz. (1 pint)" on the back. On the bottom it says "3, and I in a circle, 63, and G-18151"
20180811_194541.jpg20180811_194521.jpgThis says "16 fl. oz Pepsi Cola, 1 pt" on both sides, but the Pepsi Cola part is really faded. On the bottom, it says "1, an A symbol, 67, and 19."

oid medicine bottles? Most of these have no markings, except on the bottom, so I'll put those first.
20180811_195859.jpg20180811_195853.jpgThis has a diamond intersecting an oval on the bottom.
20180811_195940.jpg20180811_195938.jpgthis has a "12" a "2" (I think) and a diamond intersected by an oval as well.
20180811_195638.jpg20180811_195645.jpgThis has a chip out of the lid. It looks like it says "09" and it has a square symbol on the bottom.
20180811_195339.jpgThis bottle has an "H" and an "I" and a diamond with an "I" in the middle on the bottom. No other markings.
20180811_195350.jpgThis bottle has a "50" on the bottom, no other markings.

The last four bottles have some marking on the sides:
20180811_195833.jpgThis one says "2 oz full measure" on both sides and has numbers on the bottom, maybe "7 12 7"
20180811_195116.jpgThis one has 20,40, 60, and 80 cc marks and says "3 iii" It has a "o" in a square and a "5" on the bottom.
20180811_195133.jpg20180811_195129.jpg20180811_195129.jpgThis one says "Chicago USA" on one side and "Foley and Co" on the other. It may have a "Z" on the bottom. Not sure what the mark is.
20180811_195446.jpg20180811_195436.jpgThis one has tablespoon marks on one side and cc marks on the other. It also says "3, viii" on it. The bottom says "Redgrass" and has a "3"

20180811_194151.jpg20180811_194224.jpg This says "federal law forbids sale or re-use of this bottle" on one side and "4/5 quart" on the other. THe bottom says "D 126" and also has a 13, a 5, and a 6. But it does have a screw on cap...

Well, here's my two-bits from what I know:

As for why you can not get bottles clean, please click here and look for my comment (first comment). This is the detailed version. The short version is, it's the glass itself now.Paul G. Miller's bottle (Drink Paul's Drinks) supposedly began in 1917, but I've never seen a bottle of his prior to 1922 (until the later '20s, they were green). They were out of business around 1958-1959, and your bottle may date to the 1930s based on how it looks. There may be on the heel the word ROOT (manufacturer) and a 2-digit number, which is the date-code. I think the red cross designed ACL Ionia dates to 1945 from the maker and their type of date-codes.
G & I on the other Ionia bottle (the embossed one) would be the cities they're for or proprietors as is the case on most bottles with such big letters on the base (in this case, the towns). The bottle may have a glass-maker and date-code on the heel, such as ROOT 18 for 1918. It's a typical '10s and '20s pop bottle shape.
The Mission probably dates to '49. I found a similar one dated to '53.
The ACL (applied coloured label) Crush is fairly modern. '60s? '70s? ZIP-codes don't go back before 1963 and were rarely put on things till about 1965-now. The bottle base with G in a square with two numbers right of it represents Glenshaw Glass Co. and their date-code for 1966.

Bottles marked S. B. G. & Co. on the base date before 1906, for Streator Bottle & Glass Company went out of business before 1906/05.
The Nectar of Golden Life is a Wheaton reproduction from the 1970sish.
That Spa is an older one. I'm familiar with them, but I'm afraid that I cannot recall anything about them. I'm guessing 1880s on that bottle.
The FurstMcness is from the 1920s, I think,
The Eastman Rochester MIGHT BE a photographer's bottle that contained a chemical to develop Kodak film. I say might since it was Eastman-Kodak of Rochester back in the time that bottle was made, but Eastman is a common name and Rochester a big place, so, who knows.

I'm afraid that they're all still fairly common except maybe that Rochester and Spa bottle. I'd try eBay for them. Sell the ones you know are common and not valuable first so you can build up a gooo reputation in which you will get more bidders for the better bottles.
