anyone know anything about this bottle ( peanut shaped double dot pepsi ) , I saw it in an antique mall in southern Ontario . I didn't buy it but wanted to know more about it

is it really from the 1920's ? it didn't look that old to me , I would of said newer , the markings on the bottom did not look old , also no city name

I'm assuming its American ? is it really worth $30 , what would one go for ?

These typically sell for 50 to $60 depending on the town. The rare towns can push close to 200.

No city can run 30-50. Those bottles were only produced in 1929 and 1930. Bottles with cities are more desirable. Had I been in your shoes I would have bought it in a second.

I do have many pepsi bottles , mostly that I've found over the years but I wasn't familiar with this one perhaps cause it wasn't used north of the border

just have so many bottles already I can't buy everything I see on my travels
