Hello, new to digging and appreciate all of the information here.

I've been pretty successful in identifying most of my found bottles, this one is puzzling me. No information online!

Pint sized flask
clear glass with a slight iridescence
embossing on the front reads "EICHENWALD & McCAULEY INC.
98-3rd AVE.
NEW YORK"

Found downtown NYC

Thank you

Welcome to the forum! I found a reference to Eichenwald & McCauley, liquor dealers located at 98 3rd Ave and 241 Ave A in New York City from 1902-1906 on the Pre-Pro website. Not much other info given, but at least that gives you a time range. Any chance of posting a pic of the flask?

Thank you for that information, nice to be able to get an approx. date. We've been able to date some of the other bottles found during this dig at around the same time frame...very late 19th c thru early 20th.
Seems to be a rare find, very limited information out there
Thanks again for your time and kind welcome. Looking forward to contributing in the future
