I was wondering if you have any Civil War era bottles, or bottles from Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia or the coal regions in Pennsylvania. I am just looking as of now.

Screwtop, yes, I do have one Union U.S.A. "Hospital Department" bottle left. It was used in portable hospitals and military bases during the Civil War. I can send a photograph if you'd like, but I'll have to do it tomorrow.

That sounds great, but that's a bit out of my league. I just turned old enough to get a drivers license, therefore I do not have a steady paying job, thus meaning that I do not have enough money to buy it. Sadly.

Spirit Bear, To bad you gotta sell, you got some nice stuff. Maybe I'll see you at the Bottle show but it's a long drive for me. I might make it? LEON.

The example I have left isn't the nicest of them. It's small, clear, stained, and only shoulder-embossed "U.S.A. Hosp. Dep't." It doesn't even sit straight due to how it was made. I can offer you it for $40 shipped (for those reading, this applies only to ScrewTop as he's young).

I do not have bottles from the regions you mentioned, but this one from a former Confederate soldier comes from Tennessee.
You can PM me if interested.

Leon, it would definitely be good to see you, but not much Detroit stuff you don't already have comes there. I only have a decanter from Detroit that I thought I sold but refound. Silver Rye, or something like that.
If you do arrive, just look for the young brown-haired guy in the vest. I always dress like something outta another era. Most recent picture of me:

Is your Grand Haven bottle a blob top or crown top?

It's a blob-top. I never found much on it other than that he was a general bottler. If I recall, he was active from the 1880s to early 1900s. You can PM me if interested for more photos, or I can hold it for you at the show. Photo below is of bottle, which I figure is 1890s-1900. I put $15 on it as it's pretty heavily stained and has an bad paint job on the embossing.
