    Pepsi bottle

    I have never seen a bottle like this one yet and I Am hopeing For a date

    These were used in the 40s and 50s, maybe the 30s as well I'm not sure. It should have a two-digit date code on the bottom.

    likely had a paper label at one point or could of had an acl "painted label " that's worn off entirely

    Yeah should have a 2-digit date code on bottom such as 14A44, which would be 1944 etc. Unless a different manufacturer.

    If no evidence of paint this would be a paper label bottle before about 1945.

    Pepsi standardized their bottle in 1941. Prior to this individual bottlers made whatever bottle they wanted and so James C Ayers put together a whole book about the various bottles made prior to 1941. What you are showing us is that standardized bottle. At first the standardized bottle had a paper label glued to it and within a few years the applied colour label became the norm. This style of bottle remained in use until 1951 when the bottle was then revised.
