Ok, now we are the Sun Drop Sales Corp. There are so many different variations of Sun Drop it will drive a collector crazy. But that is what keeps us collectors going, right! I know some of you out there agree with me, we are constantly on the hunt for different versions of bottles in our collection. Yea, Sun Drop I would consider a fairly common soda, just look at E-bay, there is a ton of them. But in all of them there may be one just a little different that we have to get to add to the collection. Here are the Sun Drops in my collection, all sizes, we have a 6 ½, 7, 8 ¾, 9, 10, 14 and a 24, you know all the standard sizes. Geez, they had to be different. All date from 1952 to 1969.
I always liked Sun Drop especially for the different variations. Years ago when I first started collecting these were $1 bottles and could be found everywhere. So I was able to upgrade easily. Now prices are all over the place.
That is a nice collection of Sun Drop bottles. I agree with you. It's nice to have every little variation or type of a bottle there is. For history and reference purposes it is great. And gives your collection more to talk about too.
Uncle_Jarvis, nothing to add to the earlier information except that the information about the origin of the bottle at CC Atlanta appears to hold true sans any disputes to the contrary. Would love to...
