It's remarkably clean -- an "attic bottle" for sure. But, "wiped top" sounds like a "tooled lip" rather than an "applied lip." An applied lip involves a separate blob of glass applied to the bottle mouth, apparently not the case with your bottle. Glass bottle-makers generally stopped using the applied lip technique at about 1880, while your bottle looks to be much closer to the TOC.
