found a pair of 7 up coffee mugs

found these on the weekend , at the dump in the re use building , in a box of yard sale items which didn't sell ( price tag on bottom was for $4 for the pair )

I don't really know much about them and don't collect coffee mugs but being that they were for 7 up . I though they were neat .

the bottom says there made in England , not really sure how old they are but doubt there that old . 80's or 90's era maybe

I'd have taken those too! I'm getting a solidly 80s vibe from those, maybe even 70s. I'd be surprised if they're from the 90s but I suppose it's possible.

I would have taken them also. I think late 80's maybe.

If you scout the Goodwills and resale stores, these kinds of advertising pieces show up fairly frequently. They make some nice collectibles.
