Modern for sure. Probably some sort of designer soda or wine cooler or something like that.

nice bottle never the less . a lot of wine and beers come in blue . sodas not so much.

I remember there being a few designer sodas that came in blue glass 10-15 years ago or so. I can't think of any that are available now though.
