I'm posting these pics here for a member of another glass forum trying to figure whether real or repo. Any help would be appreciated!

It sure looks good to me. If it's a repro it's the best repro I've ever seen, and although I'm no expert on these things I think the chances of it being fake are extremely slim. Does anyone even know how to reproduce iron pontils? I don't think I've ever seen one on any modern glass.

Thanks, any one with a Mckearin book to see If its listed? The neck finish is whats throwing me, cant place it.

I've never seen a repro with a real iron pontil like that. It's absolutely real. I don't have the McKearin and Wilson at work, but I'd certainly put that neck finish in the west, Pittsburg, WV, Ohio....

The Clevenger reproductions never have an iron pontil. I'd say yours is real. Nice bottle.
