    interesting lake find Frankfort Distillery

Found this cap snorkeling with my kids on Lake Winnipesaukee NH. It appears this is from an old German distillery. It's interesting because the imprints states its patented for "capacity" and then lists "2 OZ". Is this possibly a combination cap/shot glass? Just wondering if anyone has any additional background. Many thanks.. love reading this forum and wish I could contribute more.

I think these types of caps are also meant to be used as shot glasses. Can't give you any info on the company though unfortunately.

I remember seeing one on a Spanish American war flask. Pretty rare from what I remember.
