Hi

I'm new to the forum and new to collecting -- mostly by way of "bottle inheritance".

Can anyone provide any info on this little bottle -- about 4 inches high.

I'm sure it's the equivalent of the generic aspirin bottle, but since it's new to me, I'm at a loss.

Thanks in advance. I'm just wondering if it's an old ink bottle?

Looks like blacking or shoe polish to me. 1920's, maybe 1910's.
