double-bulbed bottle in Montana

Found this buried in my backyard in a homestead area of Montana. Two circular bulbs with a four-sided column between. There is a seam that runs up and stops below the threads. On the bottom there is a small logo and a number 5.

Appreciate any ideas - it's an odd shape.

I've seen these around before. Not 100% sure what they contained but I think it might have been olive oil.
