Cobalt Sawyer's crystal bluing?

I cant find another example of this but ive tried cleaning this for the past month and it hasn't done anything to the color is this a Cobalt Sawyer's crystal bluing?

Usually a bottle is what it says it is. Looks like a cork bottle so that's a great find.

These machine-made Sawyers come in a bunch of different colors, this being on of them. Usually they are aqua but I've seen them in sapphire blue, amber, olive, cobalt blue, clear, citron, etc.
