If you review the first couple posts in this thread you can see where you went wrong. Basically, you asked if the flask was authentic...fine so far. You got 2 responses from people that are truely experts. At this point everyone was cool. You could have chosen to ignore thier opinions or asked for further opinions. unfortutaly what you did was to argue with them and essentually tell they they didnt know what they were talking about. After that point it just goes down hill.
I'm not trying to attack you in any way , just trying to explain to you why you got the responses you did since you didnt seem to understand why people got so offended. .

I think I smell a law suit in the making!!!! Just joking Patty and welcome to the hobby and and I hope it turns out to be fun instead of stressfull for you. I love collecting antiques, especially bottles and I find it relaxing, fun , and a great way to just get away from the stress in life, Not cause stress in life!! GOOD LUCK!!
