I noticed a house for sale with fancy privy stall in the front of the house .I thought it was shed until looked in side and saw the cut outs for the seats. I asked a local person and he said it was undug and the house was built in 1750. I could digg in the winter time or wait till the new owners they might tear it down ??

The privy might just be decoration. Ive seen some people with old houses that build an old privy for decoration. Even if it is, It would be worth checking out, especially with the house being so old. Also gotta make sure there not still using it [:D]. But if it isnt, I say dig it early.

Don't wait on the new owners. Most people buying something don't want it messed up right after paying a bunch of money for it. Dig it now, or wait till the holidays when it won't looked at as much. It also makes me wonder, if this privy is in the front, what's in the back?
