Circa 1800 iron spoon recovered from the Texas pioneers, John and Margaret Hallett’s 1833 cabin site. They founded the city of Hallettsville.

Top one looks older. German one may be as new as the 1920s. Any idea what the top one is made of? Mine is iron, which is a testament to its true age. Hey Terry, remember me at the Yoakum show? I was the young fellow that came and looked at your display. Very impressive. A shame none was for sale.

The top one is German Sliver It was dug out of civil hut in Va. it is the teaspoon. The tablespoon was with some civil era war fork i bought.
