Not so sure about it being pontiled Mike, at least not from that picture...

Trust me, it is ive had it looked over by two people and have seen other examples also listed as pontil (specifically the 1851 dated version, the company also had other variants) this one was purchased from a fellow collector who dug it in a newark pit back in the 80s

Kbbottles had one for sale on njb listed under nj pontiled sodas as well not to long ago

an angled pic of the base would be best. from what I can see, Im not convinced it has a pontil mark.

Glad to see you added a picture of the base to your listing. That way, potential buyers can decide for themselves if it's pontiled or not.
