Cool shots--I definitely prefer the two with sharp focus on the bottles; they are the main point of interest.

If you want both the bottles and the background in sharp focus, try a smaller (numerically higher) aperture and or shorter focal length lenses. Both tend to provide greater depth of field.

That's why I posted 2 pics each, each pic either has the bottle in focus or the sign in background in focus. I'm not a photography expert so best I can do,
