2-inch "tiered" clear glass bottle

I'm trying to figure out what either or both of these bottles might've been used for. The one on the right is about 2 inches tall, and the only marking I found on it was a '3' on the bottom which I assume is the mold number. My friend has the smaller one so I'm not sure if it has any markings on the bottom, but I didn't see any on the sides when I looked at it.
(I'm also not sure if "tiered" is the right word, but I wasn't sure how else to describe that shape.)

Perfume most likely, the white one looks like a cream of some sort. Milk glass.

Oh whoops, I meant to crop the white one out! That one actually had the company name written on the bottom (Arden) so it was a lot easier to look up, haha. Thanks!

Here are two milk glass cosmetic jars I pulled out of the dump. They still has the lids and product inside! Maybe past it's expiration date. Both are Hazel Atlas made.
