I'd say most likely druggist/apothecary shop medicine bottles(especially the brown one). They could be liquor or bitters, but looks more like larger medicines.

I'm thinking the fancy one is some sort of toiletry product, like witch hazel or something like that. The top doesn't look right for liquor. The brown one is a medicine bottle of some sort.
