That is a saweet poison bottle! Great color and embossing!
Some one will correct me if I'm wrong, but, I believe the poisons that state "not to be taken" is English verbiage, meaning this poison bottle is from across the pond. It still could have been utilized by an American chem company....
Just my thoughts on this,

Nice lighter cobalt Canadian poison! It dates to the 1910s, and will be marked "RIGO" on the base for "RIchards Glass CO." of Toronto, distributors of these bottles. They were made by Dominion Glass Co.
