A friend of mine just obtained two more of these little 5 inch beauties. To our surprise the one in the middle has a "W.T. & Co." on the bottom. The one on the left has only a (mold) number on the bottom and the one on the right has no bottom mark. Second picture is next to another "W.T. & Co." medical bottle.

A "W.T. & Co." dates this bottle and possibly the other two to pre-1900. These are round bottles unlike the paneled cologne seen in McKearin. Have you seen any others like these? What were they used for?Any idea's?

Just venturing a guess based on the size and form, I'd say a table sauce or condiment.

Definitely cologne or perfume! I have a sample sized Florida water bottle in the exact same shape and size, albeit with a slightly different lip and less interesting plain aqua color. Very nice!
