7up finds

Here are some of my 7up finds over the past spring & summer.

1st is a amber 7oz from Kieley's Bottling co. Tipperary. I am not sure how to read the numbers on the bottom for this bottle, but I think 1940's.


2nd is a very nice wooden crate from the early 40's. Napoleon Ohio. Funny that is also a Michigan town a few miles from my girlfriends cottage.


3rd are two 28 oz bottles. 1st is embossed NDNR 60's I think & a Foil label from 1971.


Last one is a bubble girl from Houghton Michigan 1944, my home state.

Thanx Leon! The amber is a favorite. I also like collecting the foil labels and odd ones from the 60's & 70's.

I think the Kielys bottles are from the 60s. Shield style logo used after 1952.

Never seen anything with "Satisfies Thirst" on it before. Neat crate

I need some of those foil labels to add top my collection.

That is what I thought about the crate as soon as I seen it. I know the people in the store and got a great deal on it.

Really like your amber 7 up bottle! Here's a picture of one I found a few years back.

Very nice! What yr is it from? Can't see the numbers on the bottom good enough.

It doesn't have a year, but I read somewhere that it was from 1937. Has Harlingen Texas on the bottom, property of 7 UP Rio Grande Co.

To the right of the 'Owens Illinois mark is the number of the yr. The circle with an I in it. 1937 could be right.
