Goodman made plastic molded illuminated santas. Must be part of a display. Only a guess. The Santa part is ironically true. Lol!

For lack of a better term I nicknamed it the 7-Up "Stick-Up"

I couldn't find an exact date, but guessing 1940s and/or 1950s
