They're both tooled tops. This one is slightly older than the other. Lauer Drug Co. later became United Chemists. Union Hill became Union City in 1925, so this is probably 1910-1920. The label says "LAUER DRUG CO./ UNION HILL BRANCH/ Bergenline Ave. Cor. Gardner St. UNION HILL, N.J.". The back is embossed with some measuring marks in CC's and ounces, as well as "LAUER DRUG CO.".
