The emerald green one is McLaughlin 20 or 2D
The blue one is ceramic and super crude.

CD 164? McLaughlin, Christmas Tree green? Emerald?

The blue glaze uni-part is crude and nice. People like that blue glaze. Someone who knows porcelain would be able to tell you the manufacturer most likely. Also the U #. Try looking at allinsulators.com for the U # and corresponding known manufacturer's.

I don't think either one is very scarce but also definitely don't toss them in a river they are good insulators and off the top of my head $10 each at the very least, with an upwards of maybe $30-50 each?
