Yep! That's the Clicquot Club Eskimo! There was a time when he was just as iconic of a brand mascot as Ronald McDonald, but Clicquot Club's market share tanked over the course of the first half of the 20th century and was ultimately bought out by Orange Crush in the 1960's and by the 1970's the Clicquot Club brand was probably even more rarerly encountered by the population than RC Cola is to us today!

Sea glass piece - need help identifying

I found this piece on the central coast of California and haven't had any luck finding anything online. Any help would be very appreciated. It's green glass about 1" in size.
