These are few ACL bottles I shared on faRcebook and thought I should share them here too.

This is my favorite ACL and part of my collection as it is also embossed.

That Atlas bottle is really cool! Does it have a date code on it? Looks like a pretty early one, and I've never seen an embossed/ACL combo beer from that era before.

I have seen dozens of these without the ACL. They find them around Panama Canal and if you look at the label it is oxidizing on a couple of letters. I would say when these end up in the ground or water the ACL deteriorates quickly. It is the only beer brand that I am aware of that has this ACL/EMBOSSED combo. Here is a photo of the base codes:

Nice bottles. I recently joined a couple of the ACL bottle groups on Facebook and posted a few pictures of my collections. I dropped them from my groups lists after just a few days and deleted all my pictures due to more than just a few really strange comments and private messages. I've never really understood how people can't comprehend when you clearly mark a set of pictures as either "Not for sale or trade", or even "NSF" and still get constantly bugged with inquiries as to "would you sell this bottle", etc.

It's sad too, as the vast majority of people who communicated with me were other collectors just interacting and not getting mean or threatening. I decided it just wasn't worth it.

This site is by far the best I've found to post pictures and chat about bottles. A lot of knowledgeable and friendly people here.
