Notice the embossing on the neck. (ISUAN)
The same markings are embossed on the base, along with the Owens-Illinois markings, 1941.
ACL on the back reads, Rinehart Beverages, Spokane, Washington

Hello bottlingco,

I believe that Isuan Aerated Waters of the Philippines is involved here. An export bottle? I don't know for sure...

Thanks for the information. I bet the 7up bottling co of Spokane used one of their blank bottles. The bottle is much lighter (mass, not color) than the other 7up bottles. Anyway, this is helpful information. Thanks for sharing.
