Antique (import ale?) paper label

This is a long shot, but I was wondering if any collectors of paper labels may be able to help identify this somewhat unique bottle. It looks like an import ale from the first decades of the 20th century. It has an acid etched hops and wheat design which matches part of the label.

Here are some photos. The last three are from ebay. It seems to be the same bottle. Same lip and shoulders, yet the base is slightly different (I've noticed the same variation in Vichy water bottles from the same site)
