Any advice for someone starting out?

I new to this after I stumbled on an old bottle site near my house. I can tell you the people on this site are super helpful.

Collect what you like and like what you collect. There are lots of good eggs and a few bad eggs among collectors, fortunately more good ones. Collect friends you can trust and treat them the way you want to be treated.

One last thought remember that bottles are just stuff no matter what! A lot of clubs have broken up over the years due to collectors fighting over bottles.
