This is the same company as Nugrape I believe the NuIcy brand was used to bottle the other flavored sodas for the NuGrape company. I found my first broken nugrape while digging a couple months back and was upset until I ended up digging 3 out of the same hole with two having Westerly R.I. on the base! I believe that the Nu-icy bottles tend to be newer dating during the 1930s and 1940s (yours looks to date around the 1940s) while the embossed Nugrapes can date back to the 1920s. Yours also looks like the odd taller version and depending on the town can be difficult to find. It is usually better to have one of these with a town listed on the base. I always did like this bottle's shape.
Nu Icy was related to Nu grape and a common brand in the US , for some reason I don't think it was sold in Canada despite the fact we had Nu Grape here
I'd imagine there is Nu Icy bottles from most major US cities and states , I recall seeing one at an antique store here but it was from Vermont
