25 Years ago you didn't have people on ebay with 10 million feedback because they are selling 500,000 items listed a week or month at a time like you see nowadays. Some people make hundreds of thousands of dollars making ebay selling a full time Job. Because of this the IRS/Government decided they needed to crack down on all this lost tax revenue. now even the little small time seller has to pay taxes.

I sold my Green Orange Crush in here in advertise/for sale category for $150 so it does work. Another BAD thing about ebay, is some people don't know it, but be prepared to get the shock of your life when ebay sends you a 1099 IRS Income Tax Form to fill out this coming January. LEON.

I read that a 1099-K is only issued if you sell over $600. They still take sales tax, buy that's an automatic charge and doesn't require a seperate payment.

That's a big difference between the $20,000.00 it was. $600 is nothing. I can sell one Bottle or 1 beer can for that much & I'd be at my limit for the Year in just one Transaction. Now, if you sell one $5.00 Bottle a week on ebay for the year you might be alright. LEON.

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention this. It's $600 per month but that's still a big difference from $20,000.

Oh. I'm sorry. I must have been getting this mixed up with something else. After the pictures you posted and I researched a bit more, yes it seems like it is yearly. I'm sorry for the confusion.
