Hello Don, I am not familiar with it. It looks like it has a tooled glass finish, but you didn't point that out. Are there two vertical seams on the finish ( the top closure of any bottle..) if there aren't then there should be an empontiling mark on the bottom. These are two indicators of blowpipe hand made glass = which is the only kind that I collect and study.RED Matthews

I have no idea of worth but it appears fairly new.ARMSTRONG & McKINLEY, Brooklyn, (mineral waters) have incorporated; capital, $15,000. Directors: George Rupp and David Patterson, Brooklyn and D. R. Horter, New York.
