I found this in my local river yesterday, i was super excited since its my first one. I saw a bottle, bent over to grab it and felt the ribbed edge and all i could think was please be undamaged...and there it was...1920 clear orange crush embossed from massena N.Y.

Hi Mj.... always nice to find a bottle, especially in the river... your bottle is the classic, 6oz. clear, krinkly O.C. bottle, which began early 1940's..... its a good basic start to your Orange Crush collection.... my book on O.C., the only one available is on Ebay.
Good luck, Michael

somewhat common but still a neat bottle , something about the old crush bottles always appeals to collectors .

I found one in a lake several years ago in a similar way , you could see it from the dock but I had to swim in the water to get it , it was a clear 6 oz bottle , oddly the only intact clear one I've found , others were either broken/damaged or amber bottle
