Balm of Tulips

This is my newest addition, given to me by a older lady friend (no no no this lady is old enough to be my grandmother, which is by the way quite old).
There are alot of info on these small labelled ones

Hi PTB, You know Dr.Robinson made another balm of tulips in a cylinder that fit snuggly inside a wooden oval container.I had one once but sold it quite some time ago,Kev
